- Additional Fees
- Additional fees may apply for late returns, additional mileage (if there’s a limit), damage to the vehicle, or other services/products.
- All potential fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in the full reservation amount being charged.

- We will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- Security Deposits
- A security deposit may be required for certain rentals or customers. The deposit amount and conditions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
- The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, minus any applicable fees or charges.
- Late Payments
- Payments not received by the due date may result in late fees.
- Continued failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the suspension of rental privileges and potential legal action.
