  11. All charges will be clearly outlined during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.
  12. Additional Fees
  13. Additional fees may apply for late returns, additional mileage (if there’s a limit), damage to the vehicle, or other services/products.

  15. Cancellations and Refunds
  16. Reservations can be canceled up to 48 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
  17. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  18. No-shows or failure to pick up the vehicle at the scheduled time may result in the full reservation amount being charged.

  20. If you believe there’s an error in your bill, please contact our customer service team at info@stuartcarrental.com within 2 days of receiving the bill.
  21. We will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
  22. Security Deposits
  23. A security deposit may be required for certain rentals or customers. The deposit amount and conditions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
  24. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, minus any applicable fees or charges.
  25. Late Payments
  26. Payments not received by the due date may result in late fees.
  27. Continued failure to settle outstanding balances may result in the suspension of rental privileges and potential legal action.
